A standard OS is already installed when you receive your Pandora. This will feature the most important things like Internet Browser, Mail program, Contacts, etc. To install new applications, all you need to do is download them and put them on a SD Card. You can even use the Pandora to do that.
However, as the OS of the Pandora is still in an early state, there may still be some bugs. Nothing major, but they might confuse unexperienced users. If you run into troube check out the help section.
If you have just received your Pandora, be sure to check out the Pandora User Manual, written by users for users.
Make sure you read at least the First Time User-Chapter to get a basic overview and the Introduction to the .PND-System (which is the way how you install games and applications on your system).
